Ryan from MH&C was very polite and honest. He was prompt and very courteous. He was in the middle of his service call when another delivery came and he had to move his vehicle, which he did without any complaints. After an initial review of my AC he gave an honest report that the AC works but is not worth pumping new money into due to it's age. He could have just done the scheduled service and collected more money but didn't. Very Honest, I will continue to use MH&C for my HVAC needs.

I’ve been using Martens since I moved into my current home. They are always quick to respond with emergencies and made replacing my Central AC seamless. They also came out to fix my furnace during my first winter in the house.

Very happy with our experience with Martens Heating and Cooling. Our AC unit stopped working at the worst possible time, July, hot and humid. They answered our call right away, and to our surprise had a tech out to our house that same day( Friday) and had it fixed in no time! Could not ask for a better service experience.

Couldn’t be happier with this company. They are fast, communicate well and know what they are talking about. Had to replace our AC, in a little over a week a new air conditioner with humidifier and purifier was put in. Was installed and cooling the entire house in less than one day too. They were called on a Wednesday by Thursday they were at my house and had a diagnosis and by Friday I had a furnace installed. Good Friday for that matter. I called Martens Heating today on Christmas Morning. Our furnace was not working. The owner Jason answered and stepped me through all the steps to check and try to fix it. The plan was for him to come over later in the afternoon if we didnt get it started back up. He did get step me through to get it to work and I am extremely grateful for what he did. Marten's is the best! It was quite the week with our air conditioning system leaking in the ceiling and our boiler going out when temps reached zero! Alex fixed up the insulation around the piping of the A/C in the ceiling. Not an easy feat and he did an amazing job. Jeremiah kept our old boiler limping along with multiple visits and Marten's scheduled our new install right away. Now we are dry and warm. Top notch service, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
